Wedding Enquiry Sales Lead
The answer is yes, what is the question? We are architects of innovation; a little bit quirky and eccentric with a can-do attitude that helps to craft different and inventive experiences for all our guests. Wotton House is steeped in history and natural wonder, and we want everyone who visits to explore our story and become part of it. Botanicals are in our fabric and everything we do reflects this.
At Wotton House, every wedding is “Wonderfully Wotton”, a seamless blend of history, romance, and individuality set within an extraordinary country estate.
We are seeking a polished, outgoing, and charismatic Wedding Enquiry Sales Lead to become the voice and personality of our weddings team. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just respond to enquiries, but creates excitement, builds connection, and inspires possibility to convert the initial interest into a confirmed booking, before handing it across to our Coordinators for them to build their perfect day.
As the first point of contact for our couples, you will bring the Wotton House experience to life from the very first conversation. With confidence and charm, you will guide enquiries through to booking, transforming interest into commitment through storytelling, creativity, and trust.
Whether painting the picture of a ceremony in the Old Library, with its Gothic stone windows and dramatic pillars, or evoking the timeless beauty of the Italian Gardens, you will help couples truly feel their wedding day before it happens. You will showcase how the Evelyn Suite evolves from an elegant wedding breakfast setting into a vibrant evening celebration space.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
