We’re looking for a Wedding and Events Coordinator who embodies our Heartist® ethos—letting your heart guide you in this world where hospitality thrives. If you can multitask seamlessly, excel in independently managing confidential tasks, and deliver outstanding service, we want you.


Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Answer wedding and event inquiries via email or phone during shifts, ensuring prompt communication and resolutions within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Create and execute function sheets for events, including amendments, and ensure these are distributed to department heads.
  • Manage budgets effectively to guarantee profitable events without compromising quality.
  • Input reservations and data swiftly for all wedding-related bookings.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal departments for special requests and query support.
  • Foster open team communication—informing all staff about group-related updates and ensuring brand compliance with Accor standards.
  • Uphold and update security/safety protocols as needed.
  • Promote a positive work environment and cultivate strong team spirit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service—ensuring every guest feels valued.

Qualifications & Skills

We’re looking for a high-energy, organised candidate who excels in:

  • Competence in multiple software tools (computer proficiency is a must).
