We are a dynamic and growing wedding and events styling company, dedicated to delivering exceptional venue transformations with artificial floral designs, luxury décor, and creative installations. We specialise in high-end weddings and work across a variety of stunning venues, offering both bespoke and ready-to-hire services.
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable individual to join our team as a Venue Stylist. This is a varied, hands-on role, ideal for someone with a genuine passion for weddings, events, and creative design.
You'll play a key role in transforming venues by assisting with the creation and installation of stunning artificial floral displays, centrepieces, backdrops, and luxury décor. Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within the wedding industry.
The probation period for this role is 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of weddings and events.
- Style venues using floral arches, centrepieces, backdrops, and luxury décor (full training provided).
- Attend and represent the company at wedding showcases, promoting our services to couples and venue partners.
- Load, transport, and unload stock, props, and equipment.
- Build and install decorative displays at a variety of venues.
- Upload and assist in managing content across our social media platforms, helping to showcase our work.
- Maintain, organise, and care for all florals, décor, and styling equipment.
- Ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard with excellent attention to detail.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Confident driving larger vehicles, including company vans.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Passionate about weddings, styling, and creative design.
- Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
- Physically capable of loading, unloading, and installing event equipment.
- Flexible and willing to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Weekend availability is essential, as the majority of our weddings and events take place on Saturdays and Sundays.
Desirable (but not Essential)
- Previous experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or customer service.
- Basic photography, videography, or social media content creation skills.
- Knowledge of the wedding and events industry.

Salary
Pay will be dependent on age and experience, with regular performance reviews and opportunities for progression.
