Week day professional Line Call Handler
Healthcare Professional Intake Administrator
About the Role
The core purpose of this role is to field calls from Health Care Professionals and accurately input patient data into our clinical database system. This enables our triage team to quickly assess and manage referrals as part of a collaborative process.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from Health Care Professionals via the professional helpline
- Deliver a professional, informed and friendly response tailored to the caller’s needs
- Process external referrals from sources beyond NHS 111, including:
- Ambulance services
- Pathology results
- Community care teams
- Accurately log referrals in our patient database while ensuring high data integrity
- Strict adherence to ಿಂತentive patient safety calling protocols
