About The Role
Our client is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Weekend Call Centre Advisor to join their busy team in Keighley. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, accurately entering data, responding to general enquiries, and coordinating with engineers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Accurately input and update information on internal systems.
- Liaise with engineers on a national basis to coordinate jobs and updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is logged correctly.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous call centre experience is essential.
- Good computer literacy with accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
