Company Description
Mind my Mog provides tailored cat sitting visits to customers' homes in and around Woodley, RG5. We prioritise serious cat care to give customers peace of mind while away, ensuring their pets are safe, loved, and well-cared for.
The Role
Position: Flexible Cat Sitter Hours: Part-time, weekends only (4pm Friday to 9:30am Sunday), covering:
- Morning shifts: 7am–9:30am
- Evening shifts: 4pm–7pm
Nature of Work: Variable, booked week-by-week on a self-employed basis. Ideal for professionals looking to earn extra income doing something rewarding, cat-related.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily cat care, including:
- Feeding
- Fresh water provision
- Litter box cleaning
- Basic grooming (as needed)
- Monitor cat health and behavior, reporting concerns promptly.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and calm environment.
- Offer companionship, interactive playtime, and enrichment to support each cat’s well-being.
- Communicate with:
- Colleagues (team updates/coordination)
- Clients (if necessary, about pet routines or concerns)
- Follow established care routines, procedures, and company policies.

Requirements
- Must drive your own car (with business travel insurance).
- Must provide a clear DBS (DBS) check upon application/application stage.
- Must commit to early mornings (7am–9:30am) and late afternoons/evenings (4pm–7pm) across weekends.
