The Opportunity

As a Weekend Concierge Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a warm welcome while maintaining a safe, secure environment.

As part of this role, you will provide a professional, client-facing presence at reception. The role is focused on customer service, contractor management, and supporting the Facilities Manager and wider site team.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Act as a client-facing presence, providing a welcoming and professional service to occupiers, visitors, and contractors
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, responding to queries and issues in a courteous and proactive manner
  • Assist with front-of-house activities where required, ensuring site standards are maintained
  • Escalate incidents or concerns in line with site procedures
  • Carry out security duties including access control, monitoring alarms, and incident reporting

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Valid SIA Licence
  • Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience
  • Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
  • Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
  • Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
  • Resilient and proactive in your work
