Weekend Delivery Driver - Merton

Job Description

Love being on the move and interacting with people from all walks of life? Looking to save a little extra to fund your travels or that family holiday?

Join Ocado Logistics as a weekend driver - where there are bags of possibilities.

It's our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience. Whilst others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time with a smile.

You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like! In return, we use our automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van so you can concentrate on delivering joy!

Your Weekend Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our teams on a weekend-only basis, perfect for those seeking a consistent part-time schedule. You will work 2 x 8-hour shifts across Saturday and Sunday. (Please note we are unable to hire anyone already working more than 3 days a week)

What We Offer You

Whilst a safe working environment goes without saying, we offer a shopping list of perks that you can tailor to suit your lifestyle, including:

  • Company pension of up to 7% matched contributions after just 3 months
  • An enhanced digital health and wellbeing service, including virtual GP appointments, for you and your dependents
  • Hundreds of high street shopping, entertainment, and restaurant discounts
  • Life insurance coverage from day one of employment
  • 15% off your weekly shop with Ocado.com
  • Loads more voluntary benefits such as dental and travel insurance at a discounted price
  • Career progression – if you suddenly decide that being a driver isn’t for you, there’s plenty of opportunity for progression, as 87% of our salaried roles are filled by internal colleagues!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
