Weekend Document Production and Workflow Specialist

Permanent

Working hours: 21.00-05.00 (Saturday and Sunday only)

Salary: £20,000 per annum

Fully remote working


Highly prestigious law firm are seeking an experienced Legal Document Specialist / Workflow Coordinator to join their in-house Document Centre team on the weekend night shift. This fully remote role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills within a professional services environment.

This is a 50/50 role, combining document production with workflow coordination to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

This is a permanent position working just on the weekends in a fully remote role. The working hours are weekend night shifts of 21.00-05.00 on Saturday and Sunday paying an annual salary of £20,000.

About the Role

  • Produce and format high-quality, professional documents in line with brand guidelines
  • Manage and prioritise workflow to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Provide document troubleshooting and technical support
  • Act as a key point of contact for team queries and workflow coordination
  • Monitor productivity, identify risks, and escalate issues where needed
  • Support reporting and resource planning for the team
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication across shifts

About You

  • Proven strong experience in document production within a law firm in the UK
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Familiarity with workflow management systems
  • Advanced technical skills in document production tools
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
