Responsibilities

  • Service: Serve food and beverages to guests friendly yet professionally. Meet and address guests’ requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent attentive service, anticipating and resolving needs throughout the customer journey. Handle concerns friendly and professionally.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, contributing to an inclusive and safe workplace.
  • Adherence to Regulations: Comply with health and safety guidelines, as well as food service/sanitation standards.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain high hygiene standards in kitchens and dining areas.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A contagious passion for food and/or customer service.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
  • Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in food service, is beneficial (but not mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Commitment to BaxterStorey’s core values.
