Responsibilities
- Service: Serve food and beverages to guests friendly yet professionally. Meet and address guests’ requests efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent attentive service, anticipating and resolving needs throughout the customer journey. Handle concerns friendly and professionally.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, contributing to an inclusive and safe workplace.
- Adherence to Regulations: Comply with health and safety guidelines, as well as food service/sanitation standards.
- Cleanliness: Maintain high hygiene standards in kitchens and dining areas.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A contagious passion for food and/or customer service.
- Thrives in a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in food service, is beneficial (but not mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
