Weekend Housekeeper
LOCATION: Londonderry SHIFT PATTERN: Sat/Sun – 7am – 3:30pm, part time PAY RATE: £12.71 per hour ABM UK, a leading provider of award-winning facility service solutions since 1987, is seeking a dedicated Weekend Housekeeper to join our team. As a Weekend Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards at various facilities, helping us uphold the quality and reputation that ABM UK is known for. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces during weekends. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards in accordance with ABM UK protocols and client requirements. Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions promptly. Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning activities. Respect client privacy and confidentiality while carrying out housekeeping duties within their facilities. Work efficiently with minimal supervision to complete tasks within specified timeframes on weekends. Collaborate with other facility staff and communicate effectively to support seamless service delivery. Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, especially in a facilities services environment. Ability to work weekends consistently and reliably. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving equipment. Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety protocols. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently. Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
