Job Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced residential Weekend Night Porter to work at a private residential apartment block in Pimlico.

Role Description

You will work on your own on the night shift in the lobby at reception taking responsibility for:

  • Security checks
  • Access control
  • Generally being ready and available for residents to assist with luggage or shopping if required
  • Handling any reactive maintenance issues in the night such as leaks or passenger lift failure, thereby investigating and reporting faults to the service contractors for the building and updating the daytime staff the next day

  • Build strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors, and colleagues
  • Conduct regular site inspections

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience gained within a similar role
  • Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A good understanding of Health and Safety processes
