Key Responsibilities
Some of the core duties of this role include:
- Welcoming customers into the store
- Booking in eye tests
- Pre-screening patients for appointments
- Providing style advice for ocularwear
- Measuring frames to ensure the best fit
- Handling and managing phone inquiries
