Weekend Pharmacist
Pharmacist - Community Role (Boots)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services utilising both in-store and digital platforms
- Ensure high standards of patient safety and pharmacy compliance, upholding professional and legal requirements
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the standards of care and safety
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop the skills and capabilities of the wider healthcare team
- Nurture a t AKT-oriented culture by coaching, mentoring, and supporting colleagues at every stage of their career
- Act as ambassadors for Boots within the local community and among healthcare professionals
Role Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications & Experiences
- Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy environment
- Strong passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private healthcare services
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting the collective success of your team
Nice-to-Have Qualifications & Experiences
- Experience in enhanced pharmacy services
- A detailed understanding of local clinical networks
