About Us
South Coast Nursing Homes is an established and successful, family owned and managed, care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex. We currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex. We have 414 beds with the recent opening of a new Nursing home in central Worthing. Each registered home offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours – day and night, for long and short-term stays.
Job Opportunity
South Coast Nursing Homes are recruiting for a Receptionist to join the team at our team at Berkeley Lodge at Weekends.
Hours
- Saturday and Sunday - 9am – 5pm (can be flexible on times)

Suitable Applicants
- Reception experience
- Ability to support in administration tasks
Duties
- Providing front of house reception and resident support as appropriate.
- Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages and passing to the relevant person.
- Providing necessary administrative support to the Manager and team.
- Arranging visits for families and residents.
- Creating daily planners
- Arranging transport
- Liaising with agencies to book care staff as and when required
