Weekend Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor (Trade Customer Focus) – Branch Role

Job Overview

As a Sales Advisor within our branches, you are pivotal to the success of the business. You will build relationships with trade customers—both in-person within the branch and via phone—pursuing new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships. Your focus? Winning sales, improving margins, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Sales & Relationship Building: Foster customer relationships to drive sales, enhance margins, and provide outstanding service.
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts offerings, positioning yourself as the trusted advisor for customers.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with other branch departments to align on customer needs and meet service expectations.
  • Follow-Up & Accountability: Ensure all customer callbacks are completed promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Insights: Collaborate with internal teams to deeply understand product offerings and customer needs proactively.
  • Return Reduction Strategy: Partner with the Warehouse Supervisor to minimise returns by strengthening customer relationships.
  • Data-Driven Opportunities: Use business data to identify growth potential across all customer segments and product groups.
