Sales Advisor (Trade Customer Focus)

As a Sales Advisor within our branches, you play a pivotal role in driving business success. You will build strong, regular relationships with trade customers—both in person at our branches and over the phone—with a focus on:

Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted customer relationships by delivering outstanding service, securing sales, and improving profit margins.
- Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts to provide reliable advice and position yourself as our customers’ trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with other branch teams to ensure seamless customer needs fulfilment.
- Ensure all customer follow-ups are completed promptly.
- Work with internal teams to anticipate needs and stay ahead of customer demands.
- Reduce return rates by understanding customer returns and strengthening relationships with the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Analyse business data to identify growth opportunities across customer segments and product categories.
