Weekend Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor (Trade) – Branch Role

About the Role

As a Sales Advisor within our branches, you play a critical role in our success. You will build strong, long-term relationships with trade customers, both in-person at our branches and through phone interactions. Your responsibilities will focus on winning new business, maintaining existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service to align with our customer promise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Relationship Building:

    • Develop trusted client relationships to drive brand loyalty, sales volume, and margin improvement.
    • Become a go-to expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts, ensuring customers view you as their trusted automotive advisor.
    • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Collaborate closely with other branch teams to address and fulfil customer needs effectively.
    • Ensure all follow-up callbacks are completed promptly and professionally.
    • Engage with internal teams to understand product trends and stay one step ahead of customer demands.
  • Customer Retention & Loyalty:

    • Partner with the Warehouse Supervisor to analyse customer returns, identify pain points, and reduce return rates through stronger relationships.
    • Utilise business data to evaluate opportunities across all customer segments and product lines.
