Do you have a passion for efficiency and a expertise for keeping things shipshape? VictorianPlumbing.co.uk, the UK's leading online bathroom retailer, is seeking a Saturday-Tuesday 7:30am-6:30pm Warehouse Shift Manager to join our state-of-the-art site in Leyland, Lancashire.

In this role, you'll be the showerhead overseeing a streamlined weekend operation, ensuring a smooth flow of baths, basins, and blissful bathroom bliss to our customers.

Here's a sneak peek at your Warehouse Shift Manager duties:

  • Lead the Charge: You'll be the captain of our Saturday-Tuesday 7:30am-6:30pm warehouse team, motivating and guiding them to ensure efficient order picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Be the Inventory Guru: Stock checks and maintaining optimal levels are your speciality – you'll ensure everything's shipshape from showers to taps.
  • Process Perfectionist: You'll be a master of streamlining, implementing efficient procedures, and keeping everything tip-top.
  • Safety First: Health and safety regulations are your number one priority, ensuring everyone works in a secure and splash-free environment.
  • Data Detective: You'll be a whizz with reports, analysing data to identify trends and keep the weekend operation running like a brand new bath tap.
