Contract: Permanent

Salary: £1,965.57 - £2,022.73 per annum (full-time equivalent £24,242 to £24,947 per annum Solent Mind band A)

Hours: 6 hours every other Saturday, 9.30am – 3.30pm

Location: The Hollies, New Milton

Interview Date: Thursday 30 July 2026

About the Role

Solent Mind delivers Wellbeing services across Hampshire. This post is based in the New Forest locality. The Wellbeing services provide a range of support, such as courses and workshops delivered both within the centres and via digital platforms.

The weekend support advisors provide wellbeing support to service users at our wellbeing centres and in the community. The role includes delivering a timetable of activities, groups and opportunities to promote wellbeing, foster positive social connections and increase independence.

About You

You will have experience working with vulnerable people with diverse needs and have an understanding of the key difficulties and challenges faced by people in their recovery journey.

You will need to have a good local knowledge or the ability to research and identify appropriate community resources.
