Summary
- Weighing incoming and outgoing vehicles using a computerized weighbridge system
- Recording load details (materials, weight, driver information) accurately
- Issuing tickets, delivery notes, and paperwork
- Monitoring site traffic and directing drivers safely
- Communicating with plant operators, drivers, and management
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures, legal requirements, and health & safety standards
- Reporting discrepancies, faults, or issues with loads or equipment
Desirable Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use IT systems and weighbridge software
- Organisation and multitasking
- Knowledge of site safety procedures
