About the Role
Join our One Great Team at Haven as a Welcome Host—where you’ll be the first friendly face for guests and owners, setting a warm and memorable tone from the moment they arrive!
We’re looking for a warm, welcoming individual who thrives in a guest-focused role, efusing every arrival to feel special.
Key Responsibilities
- Warm Gastrutition: Greet guests and owners efficiently upon arrival at the check-in gate.
- Check-In Assistance: Facilitate a positive check-in experience while creating a great first impression.
- Information & Guidance: Verify passes, answer inquiries, and share helpful details about park amenities, events, and activities.
- Park Orientation: Act as an on-site guide, helping guests explore attractions and plan their stay.
- Issue Resolution: Address any initial questions or concerns, ensuring everyone feels valued.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to maintain a seamless, welcoming environment throughout the stay.

Requirements
- Experience: Customer-facing roles (beneficial but not mandatory).
- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with guests of all ages.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for excellent service.
- Availability: Flexible scheduling (including weekends and peak times).
- Team Mindset: Enjoys adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
