How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will leverage your skills and experience in Plasma, TIG, and MIG welding techniques to produce turbine blades and vanes to high standards.
- Operate the welding plant safely, ensuring that all production meets quality and efficiency requirements.
- Understand engineering drawings and welding layouts to execute tasks accurately.
- Examine the quality of production output using welding inspection techniques to ensure products are ready for the next stage of the production process.
- Maintain and update digital production applications to streamline operations.
- Regularly inspect welding equipment and tooling for mechanical and safety issues, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet production demands during peak periods.
What You Bring
- You hold a Welding Inspection CSWIP 3.0 certification with a commitment to develop to 3.1.
- You have hands-on experience with Plasma, TIG, and MIG welding techniques.
- A strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- You possess excellent communication skills and thrive both independently and in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to work and a commitment to continuous improvement are key to your success.
- You take pride in maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and efficiency.

About The Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
