How You’ll Make An Impact

  • You will leverage your skills and experience in Plasma, TIG, and MIG welding techniques to produce turbine blades and vanes to high standards.
  • Operate the welding plant safely, ensuring that all production meets quality and efficiency requirements.
  • Understand engineering drawings and welding layouts to execute tasks accurately.
  • Examine the quality of production output using welding inspection techniques to ensure products are ready for the next stage of the production process.
  • Maintain and update digital production applications to streamline operations.
  • Regularly inspect welding equipment and tooling for mechanical and safety issues, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet production demands during peak periods.

What You Bring

  • You hold a Welding Inspection CSWIP 3.0 certification with a commitment to develop to 3.1.
  • You have hands-on experience with Plasma, TIG, and MIG welding techniques.
  • A strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and thrive both independently and in a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to work and a commitment to continuous improvement are key to your success.
  • You take pride in maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and efficiency.
