The Role: Fabricator Welder
Join our Newburn team as a Fabricator Welder, working 40 hours per week (37 standard + occasional shifts) on a permanent contract.
Location: Newburn Hours: Monday to Thursday: 06:15 to 16:00

Key Responsibilities
- Complete welding and fabrication tasks to precise technical specifications
- Read and interpret detailed product drawings provided by our in-house Rail Design Team
- Deliver high-quality work aligned with QCD standards (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
- Ensure a "Right First Time" approach to meet finishing standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
- Follow Works Instructions and adhere to health and safety protocols

Requirements
- Essential:
- Previous experience in MAG welding and fabrication
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Desirable:
- Experience using Oxy-Acetylene heating equipment
- Proficiency in polishing/cosmetic finishing with hand air tools
- Experience working to fine tolerances and using digital bevel gauges
