I'm working with a long-standing, high-quality welding and fabrication company based in South Woodham Ferrers - and they're looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their growing team.
If you're a MIG Welder, happy with varied work, regular overtime, and going out on site to install projects then this is a great job for you.
The Offer
- Hourly rate up to £20ph depending on your skills and experience
- Overtime at 1.33x weekdays/Saturdays, 2.0x on Sundays
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
- Free on-site parking
- Occasional on-site work for variety

What You'll Be Doing
- MIG welding on a range of metalwork projects (TIG is a bonus)
- General fabrication duties in the workshop
- Site work mainly across home counties and London
- Reading from fabrication drawings
- Supporting the team and jumping in where needed

What You'll Need
- Proven MIG welding experience (TIG is a bonus)
- Site experience, installing projects
- Confident fabricating and working from drawings
- A team-focused mindset and willingness to get stuck in
