About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and detail-focused Welder to join our team at Witheridge. If precision craftsmanship, hands-on work, and contributing to British agriculture through high-quality steel fabrications excite you, this role is an excellent opportunity. Key Responsibilities
- Completing daily fabrication and welding tasks with care and efficiency
- Delivering high-quality, accurate work with strict attention to detail
- Reporting equipment faults and ensuring shopfloor safety
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safety-oriented workspace
- Adhering to company procedures and health & safety regulations
- Assisting in other duties as required and fostering a positive team culture

Hours & Contract
- Permanent contract
- Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
About You
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- Practical experience in welding or fabrication
- Experience working in warehouse, workshop, or yard environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (advantageous)
- Knowledge of various welding techniques and equipment
- A strong understanding of health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of ownership for work quality
