About The Role
Location: Higher Swan Lane, Bolton, Manchester, BL3 3AJ
Salary: £42,532.66 per annum / £18.58 per hour
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday & Tuesday - Friday alternating working week
Shift Hours: To be confirmed
PPE: Full PPE provided

What are the Requirements?
- Recognised welder qualification.
- Experience working on conveyors, motors, and gearboxes, etc.
- Extensive experience with welding and fabricating.

What will I be Doing as a Fabricator/Welder?
- To carry out welding and fabrication repairs to the highest standards on company assets.
- To estimate and assess damage and advise the maintenance supervisors.
- Always adhere to Health & Safety rules, ensuring work areas are clean and tidy.
- You will work as a dedicated Welder/Fabricator on site.
- Potential for mobile on-site work around the Manchester area, supporting other team members in general maintenance activities when on site.
- Working solo or as part of a team.
- Be willing to learn small mechanical tasks by association with the technicians and supervisors.
- To report any activity that falls outside of the company policy and procedures to Management.
- Form and maintain excellent relationships with shift supervisors, managers, and site operatives.
- Follow risk assessments and safe systems of work as required.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy as per the 5S requirements.
