Permanent MIG/TIG Welders Wanted
We are seeking a skilled permanent MIG/TIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG/MIG welding and a solid understanding of fabrication processes, particularly with sheet metal.

£16.50 - £19.50 depending on experience (40 hour working week)

Must Have
- Experience in both MIG & TIG welding
- Knowledge of working with:
- Stainless steel
- Aluminium
- Mild steel
Duties
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble, fabricate, and repair metal structures and parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide welding tasks
- Conduct quality checks on welded components for consistency, strength, and finish quality
- Assist in the assembly process by fitting and securing parts as required
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools efficiently to support production workflows

Skills
- Proven experience in TIG/MIG welding
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of fabrication processes and assembly procedures
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
