Job Description:

Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Welder to contribute to the Terex Dungannon Fabrication team

Position: Welder

Location: Dungannon

Reporting to: Production Supervisor

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week

We are seeking experienced and reliable personnel to join our team in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment manufacturing mobile screening equipment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Interpret and work from technical drawings, with strong mathematical ability for accurate measurements. Inspect and test cuts, joints, and completed work using precision measuring instruments. Apply strong practical skills to deliver high‑quality work. Achieve production targets while working efficiently on the production line. Ensure the safe, controlled, and efficient movement of production components. Contribute to continuous improvement as part of a cross‑functional team.

Essential

Experience and Qualifications

Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or welding environment.

Desirable

Experience welding using a variety of methods. Experience working within a similar industry or production environment.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Self‑motivated with high levels of energy and commitment. Strong team-working skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Proactive and action‑oriented approach to work. Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and trust in all interactions. Strong drive for results and achievement of targets. Perseverance and resilience in overcoming challenges.
