Package
- Salary: £18.14 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00 until 16:45
- Bonus: up to £360 per quarter
- Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
Requirements
- Interpret technical work instructions and SOP's
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using appropriate tools and machinery.
- Perform MIG, TIG weld on a wide range of materials.
- Understand, follow and weld to WPS
- Preparing jigs and fixtures for complex assemblies
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure compliance with dimensional tolerances and welding codes.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, Risk assessments and SSOW.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Work closely with engineers and Manufacturing teams to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for welding and fabrication processes.
