Who we are looking for:
Unistrut is looking for a experienced production welders to support our continued growth.
What you’ll do:
- Welding our Unistrut range using Mig and spot welders
- Set up welding and supporting equipment
- Be able to read 2D drawings
- Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
- Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
- Keep production and quality related records up to date
- Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
- Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned

What you bring:
- A good knowledge of Mig Welding
- Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
- Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards
- Ability to comply with and promote Atkore’s ATIRE and SQDC values

Hours of work:
39 hours per week, working a rotating shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm & Friday 6am - 1pm
Week 2: Monday - Thursday 2pm -10pm & Friday 1pm - 8pm
