Due to continued success, we’re expanding — and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team! 🙌
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of welders within a fast-paced production environment
- Oversee daily welding operations, ensuring quality, safety and targets met
- Interpret engineering drawings
- Plan workloads
- Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Welding Supervisor/Team Leader
- Strong hands-on welding background
- MIG/TIG experience with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Flexible and able to adapt as required
- Strong understanding of weld processes, procedures and quality standards
- Health & Safety and quality-focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Clear & confident communication skills
