Wellbeing Engagement Coordinator (Fixed Term) By Grŵp Llandrillo Menai
About the Role We are looking to appoint a passionate Wellbeing Engagement Coordinator for a fixed-term role. This role will work collaboratively with the Wellbeing Project Manager, Learner Services Managers, and enrichment/activity staff to support the delivery of the Staff and Learner Wellbeing Strategy. You will lead the development and implementation of wellbeing and engagement activities with students and staff, fostering emotional, physical, and social flourishing.
Successful candidates will thrive in a dynamic team environment, championing inclusivity, creativity, and a learner/people-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, promote, and deliver engagement activities aligned with emotional resilience, physical health, and social connections for learners and staff
- Work closely with Wellbeing Project Managers and Learner Services teams to co-design activities that enhance participation and wellbeing
- Support wider wellbeing initiatives, ensuring strategies are accessible and impactful across Grŵp Llandrillo Menai sites and communities
- Foster partnerships with external organisations and stakeholders to enrich learner and staff wellbeing services
- Work in a collaborative manner with enrichment staff to embed wellness in daily activities, policies, and learning environments

Salary: £26,224–£26,724 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Eligibility
To apply, you must have achieved a **minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) English and Maths.
