Service: Eastleigh Wellbeing
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £14,543.24 to £15,978.38 per annum (£26,905 - 29,560 full-time equivalent) -Solent Mind Band C
Hours: 20 hours per week (over a minimum of 4 days)
Location: Eastleigh Wellbeing Centre
Interview date: TBC

About the role

Solent Mind delivers Wellbeing services across Hampshire, including Eastleigh, Winchester, Fareham and Gosport and the New Forest. This post is based in the Eastleigh wellbeing centre. The Wellbeing services provide a range of support, including courses and workshops, delivered both within the centres and via digital platforms.

As a Wellbeing Co-ordinator, you will supervise staff, support clients with the aim of enabling them to achieve their goals in a person-centred and inclusive approach, coordinate the day-to-day running of the centre, and collaborate with manager and staff to create a robust programme of delivery

About you

You will need experience of working with vulnerable people with diverse need; as well as experience working within a mental health setting.

  • You must have good written and verbal communications skills.
  • You will have good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
  • You will be proactive and work well independently and within a team.
  • You will be committed to Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity.
