Wellbeing Coordinator

Location: Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk

Salary: £29,316.38 per annum

Fulltime: 37hrs per week

Proposed Interview Date: Friday 7th August (TBC)


Are you passionate about supporting people to live well, feel safe, and stay connected in their community? We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Wellbeing Coordinator to join our Wellbeing & Partnership team, providing high-quality housing management and wellbeing support to tenants across Saffron communities.


In this rewarding role, you will work closely with tenants, colleagues, and partner organisations to help people settle into their homes, maintain their independence, and access the support they need.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting tenants through sign-up, move-in, and follow-up visits to help them feel settled and confident in their home.
  • Completing fire safety checks, health and safety inspections, and regular building checks to help keep communities safe.
  • Working with partner organisations to identify and respond to tenants’ wellbeing and support needs.
  • Encouraging independence, involvement, and community engagement through activities, advice, and signposting.

About you

You will bring empathy, confidence, and excellent communication skills, along with an understanding of the needs of older people and the importance of delivering a respectful, reliable, and person-centred service. You will be comfortable working independently, using initiative, and building positive relationships with tenants, colleagues, and external partners.
