Castle Point Leisure is looking for an empathetic, motivated, and qualified Wellbeing Instructor to guide our community toward healthier, happier lives. You won’t just be teaching exercises; you’ll be a vital partner in our users’ journeys toward total vitality.

What You Bring:
- A People-First Mindset: Exceptional customer care skills with the ability to build rapport and listen to the unique needs of our diverse community.
- Qualified Expertise: A Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (REPs/CIMSPA) and a Current First Aid Qualification.
- Experience: A background in gym or community leisure settings with a proven ability to adapt coaching styles for everyone from "Legends" to newcomers.
- Organisational Heart: Diligence in maintaining client records and a "Health & Safety first" approach to ensure a worry-free environment for all.
