Key Information
Location: Brinsworth Academy
Salary: Band E of the School Support Staff Spine (FTE £26,403 - £28,142, Actual Salary £22,950 - £24,461pa). A recruitment and retention allowance may be available for an outstanding candidate.
Contract Type: Full Time, Term Time Only + 2 INSET Days

About This Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join an outstanding team and be at the forefront of our organizational development.
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Wellbeing Officer to support the emotional, social, and physical wellbeing of our students. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils, families, and staff to provide pastoral support, promote positive wellbeing, and help create a safe and inclusive school environment. Experience working with young people and strong communication skills are essential. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail
- An enthusiastic approach to their work
