What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to meet the following criteria:
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Must hold REPs Level 3 qualification or CIMSPA Practitioner status (or higher). ✔ Strong experience in personal training, group sessions, or gym consulting. ✔ A record of helping clients stay motivated and engaged. ✔ Proven ability to customise programs for clients with varied goals and needs.
Personality & Skills
🔹 Passionate about health and fitness. 🔹 Excellent communicator, with active listening skills. 🔹 Outgoing, friendly, and adaptable—able to engage clients of all ages and backgrounds. 🔹 Self-driving with a strong work ethic.
What You’ll Do as Nuffield Health’s Personal Trainer
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering one-on-one and group training sessions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Conducting health MOTs, inductions, and lifestyle consultations to assess and support members effectively.
- Leading hydration, nutrition, and stress-management workshops to enhance wellbeing.
- Promoting client progression (e.g., moving from beginner to advanced programs).
- Supporting facility-based wellbeing initiatives (e.g., challenge events, health campaigns).
