Personal Trainer (Enfield FWC)
Location: Nuffield Health Enfield Sector: Fitness Contract Type: Permanent Hours/Week: Part-time (24 hours) Salary: From £29,461.12 up to £40,905.28 (OTE pro rata)
About the Role

This is a part-time position (24 hours per week), covering gym floor support to help you expand your personal training hours.
About You
We’re looking for a confident, self-motivated Professional with:
- At least REPs Level 3 (or CIMSPA Practitioner) qualification
- Excellent communication skills – you listen, understand, and inspire
- Ability to design and deliver diverse fitness programmes (Personal Best, group sessions, and consultations)
- Strong drive to progress your career

Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Trainer at Nuffield Health, you will:
- Provide free, high-quality gym inductions, weigh-ins, and programme design
- Lead 1-to-1 personal training sessions, group workouts, and social/female fitness classes
- Foster a community-focused gym environment, supporting members to stay motivated
- Follow our Nuffield Health wellness principles to ensure safe, sustainable results
- Enjoy career progression, with potential to progress into Wellbeing Lead or management roles

Qualification Requirements
- Level 3 Personal Trainer (REPs-certified or equivalent)
- Current CIMSPA membership at Practitioner level (applicants must provide proof)
