Wellbeing Personal Trainer
Crawley Fitness and Wellbeing Gym | Personal Trainer – Permanent Role (Part-Time, 24 Hours/Week)
About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and caring Personal Trainer to join our team at Nuffield Health, the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity. In this role, you’ll have the chance to grow professionally while making a real difference in people’s lives. You’ll enjoy a supportive environment, paid holiday, and the freedom to train clients without paying gym fees.
This part-time (24 hours/week) position offers a graduate-like salary range of £29,461.12 up to £40,905.28 OTE (OTE includes potential earnings from personal training). Your coaching, accountability, and client relationships directly increase your take-home pay through a sliding scale fee structure—earning more as you build your PT client base.

Key Responsibilities
Core Client Work
- Deliver high-quality training sessions, including:
- Individualised Personal Best™ programmes
- Group fitness classes and cycle sessions (future opportunities)
- Gym inductions and consultations
- Health and fitness coaching aligned with Nuffield Health’s holistic approach

Requirements & Commitments
- Qualifications: Must hold either:
- A REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer or equivalent qualification
- A CIMSPA Practitioner (Personal Trainer) membership (current at time of employment)
- Commitment: Standard gym floor hours + flexible private client sessions—design your weekly schedule to balance your commitments
Note: If not already in date, you must provide CIMSPA confirmation on completion before your employment can start. Incomplete applications cannot be progressed.
