About the team

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team plays a critical role in ensuring that TikTok remains a safe and supportive platform for users around the world. Behind that mission are employees and partners working with complex and often sensitive content. Our Global Wellbeing team exists to support them. We design and deliver evidence-based wellbeing programs that promote psychological health, resilience and sustainable performance across our workforce.

The Global Wellbeing team is responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of wellbeing strategy and programs across Trust & Safety. The team partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders and regional teams to ensure programs are effectively delivered, adopted and embedded into day-to-day operations.

About the role

Within this team, the Wellbeing Program Manager is responsible for driving the planning, coordination and governance of wellbeing initiatives across Trust & Safety. The role focuses on leading project delivery for key initiatives, supporting program compliance, and ensuring consistent execution across teams. By working cross-functionally, the Program Manager translates strategy into structured plans, tracks performance, identifies gaps and drives actions to ensure programs are implemented effectively. This role will require collaboration across teams and may involve working across time zones. The position may involve exposure to sensitive content in the context of supporting Trust & Safety teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of wellbeing initiatives across Trust & Safety, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement
  • Manage a portfolio of Global Wellbeing projects within the region, ensuring alignment to priorities, timelines and operational needs
  • Take accountability for program adoption across teams, identifying gaps and implementing actions to improve engagement and effectiveness
  • Plan and coordinate project timelines, deliverables and priorities, ensuring alignment with operational needs
  • Establish and maintain clear processes and standards to support consistent and scalable program delivery
  • Manage external wellbeing vendors to ensure high-quality delivery, monitoring performance and driving improvements where needed
  • Support contract and scope alignment to ensure programs deliver value and meet defined objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed wellbeing initiatives into operational workflows and team practices
  • Coordinate and support communications to promote wellbeing programs and increase awareness and participation
  • Use data and insights to assess program performance, identify trends and take action to improve outcomes
  • Support needs assessments and contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of wellbeing programs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
