Wellbeing Support (Care Assistant)

Salary: £13.21 per hour

Location: Louth

Type: Part Time (20 hours per week or Bank)

The Role – Wellbeing Support Worker – 20HPW or Bank

Our client is recruiting experienced Carers to join their Wellbeing Support Team. This role provides flexible, zero-hours work to support:

This position will be reviewed regularly and may lead to a permanent or full-time role as our client base grows.

You will support individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support
  • Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility support
  • Promote emotional wellbeing, companionship, and independence
  • Support medication in line with training and care plans
  • Follow individualised care plans, risk assessments, and guidance
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate concerns appropriately
  • Uphold safeguarding, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in care is essential
  • Home care / domiciliary experience preferred
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
  • Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in the community
  • Right to work in the UK

DBS Requirements

Transferable Enhanced DBS preferred. If a transferable DBS is not held, the applicant will be required to fund the cost of a new Enhanced DBS, which will be processed by our client. The DBS fee will be refunded upon successful completion of the probationary period.
