StanMindsetMomentum is looking to connect with UK based professionals who are interested in personal development, leadership, meaningful conversations, and a flexible online partner model. This is suited to someone who enjoys connecting with people, asking thoughtful questions, and helping others explore whether a personal development programme and partner model may be aligned for them.

The work is connected to an established global personal development and leadership organisation, with a focus on online programmes, live information sessions, digital systems, and personal growth events.

This is not a traditional salaried role. It is an independent partner model, suitable for someone who is open to building something performance-based with training, systems, and support.

What the role involves

  • You will be involved in professional conversations with people who have shown interest in personal development, lifestyle change, leadership growth, or creating a new direction.
  • The focus is not on convincing people. The focus is on understanding their background, goals, and level of alignment before sharing the next step.
  • You will learn how to use structured online systems, follow-up processes, and simple conversations to guide the right people through an information-based process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
