Role: Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care)

As we enter an exciting growth phase, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our service and build a reputation for excellence across Sutton, Croydon, and Epsom.

🎯 What You’ll Do

As our Registered Manager, you will be the heart of our operations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Culture: Build, mentor, and motivate a dedicated care team that shares our passion for person-centred care.
  • Regulatory Excellence: Lead CQC registration and ensure we consistently meet (and exceed) fundamental standards.
  • Operational Management: Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and rota management to ensure safety and quality.
  • Strategic Growth: Support business development and client acquisition to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build trusted relationships with families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
  • Quality Assurance: Drive continuous improvement through proactive auditing and feedback loops.

🛠️ What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Proven background as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care.
  • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and health & social care legislation.
  • Skills: Exceptional people management, organizational skills, and proficiency in electronic care planning systems.
  • Personal: You are a proactive, compassionate leader with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
