WFM Project Manager – Workforce Management Transformation

Location: UK or Ireland preferred

Travel: Ad-hoc to Reading, Dublin and Germany

Duration: Initial 6 months

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Workforce Management (WFM) implementations across assigned markets. You'll work with business, technology, product, testing, and change teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and stabilisation of new workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end market implementations from planning through go-live and hypercare
  • Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive delivery against key milestones
  • Act as the primary point of contact for market stakeholders
  • Ensure business readiness, deployment success, and operational adoption

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years’ project management experience within large-scale enterprise environments
  • 5+ years delivering complex technology transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management, governance, risk, and reporting expertise
  • Experience leading multi-country or multi-site implementations

Desirable Experience

  • Workforce Management platforms such as UKG Pro WFM, UKG Workforce Central, Kronos, Workday, or similar
  • Retail, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, or other operationally complex environments
  • Change management and Agile/hybrid delivery methodologies
