Are you a graduate ready to launch your career with a global company?
WFS is looking for ambitious, driven graduates who are eager to make an impact and develop their careers from day one.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team at London Heathrow and gain valuable experience within a global organisation. Over a 24-month graduate programme, you will rotate across key business functions, building a broad range of skills and gaining hands-on experience in areas such as:
- HSSE
- Operations
- Procurement
- Finance
- HR
This programme is designed to support both your personal ambitions and professional development, helping you explore different career paths while learning from experienced colleagues. You will be supported by a dedicated team and have access to a range of learning and development opportunities to help you succeed and grow your career with WFS.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Please note that this is an office-based role.

What We Are Looking For
- A graduate with a business-related degree, preferably in the fields mentioned above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic to learn and taking initiative.
- A proactive 'can-do' attitude looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient and being able to stay calm under pressure.
- Have a growth mindset and being able to learn from setbacks.
