We are partnered with our client, one of the largest Global Law Firms, as they look to recruit an experienced IT Support professional to join their expanding London team. This team provides onsite IT support to users and guests in their City of London office with a proactive customer care focus.
About the Company
A leader in their sector, they are shortly moving to new larger offices where they have made huge investments in order to enhance the working environment. Technology plays a large part in this.
Job Role
You must have very recent or current experience in providing technology support within the Legal sector support to be considered.
This is a varied front-facing role, and you will be part of a team offering support across hardware, software, applications and systems. Alongside troubleshooting issues, you will also be tasked with activities such as setting up, configuring, and installing software on PC’s, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and networking equipment.

In addition to supporting users and guests and their day-to-day needs, you will also be invited to work on projects of varying sizes.
Skills and Experience Required
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in offering a wide range of technology support, including hardware, software, applications, and AV within a legal environment
- Experience in offering face-to-face / deskside support
- In addition to proven support in a Windows environment, you will also have experience supporting applications such as iManage, Litera ChangePro, InTapp Time, Bighand Digital Dictation, or similar
- Experience of working with BlackBerry Enterprise Server, BlackBerry UEM, and BlackBerry Work to support their mobile platform is desirable

Working Conditions
Due to the nature of the role, there is a requirement to be onsite each day, Monday to Friday (usual business hours). Unfortunately, hybrid working is not an option.
