White Goods Engineer - Bath

Up to £50,000+ OTE | £1,500 Sign-On Bonus | Company Van & Fuel Card

Location: Bath & Surrounding Areas

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000-£41,000 basic (depending on skill set and experience), including a £5,000 annual High Cost Living Allowance for engineers living within the BA postcode area, plus an uncapped performance bonus with OTE of £50,000+.

£1,500 Sign-On Bonus available for successful new starters.

The Role

As part of our engineering team, you'll visit customers in their homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances while delivering an excellent customer experience on every visit.

You'll repair four or more of the following appliance types:

  • Washing Machines
  • Tumble Dryers
  • Dishwashers
  • Refrigeration appliances
  • Electric Cooking appliances

Using our industry-leading technology, you'll manage appointments, order parts and complete repairs efficiently while representing Pacifica professionally.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Appliance Engineer who has:

  • A minimum of two years' field-based domestic appliance repair experience.
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills across four or more core appliance types.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
  • A positive, professional attitude and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
