Wholesale Account Manager – LYMA

Role Overview
As a Wholesale Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in LYMA’s global retail strategy, reporting to the Sales Director. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day relationships with retail partners
- Ensuring operational excellence in physical retail networks
- Driving sales performance, brand presence, and an exceptional customer experience
- Acting as the primary point of contact between LYMA, retailers, and store teams
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Partner Relationships
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with retail partners and store teams
- Ensure all retail accounts align with LYMA’s brand standards and commercial goals
Operational & Performance Management
- Oversee new store launches, visual merchandising, and in-store activation plans
- Monitor account performance via sales, stock levels, and KPIs
- Troubleshoot operational challenges to uphold execution excellence

Sales & Strategic Growth
- Proactively drive sales growth across all accounts through partnership building
- Track sales data, analyse trends, and prepare reports for the Global Head of Retail
- Support retail sales targets and profitability goals
Brand & Compliance Delivery
- Advocate for LYMA’s customer experience at every touchpoint
- Enforce brand guidelines, visual standards, and service excellence
- Collect and act on customer/partner feedback to refine retail strategies
Collaboration & Execution
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Training teams on retail initiatives
- Coordinate promotions and new product launches
- Stay updated on retail trends and competitor activity
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in retail account management, store operations, or partner leadership
- Desirable: Background in premium, luxury, or beauty sector
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse sales/performance data
- A plus: Experience with international retail accounts/distributors
