Are you passionate about Pets? At Pets Choice we have an opportunity for a Wholesale Account Manager to join our business. This role has responsibility of managing a small team of Sales Reps along with managing a number of Wholesale Accounts in the Pet trade sector.

Role Responsibilities | Wholesale Account Manager Reporting to the Sales Controller, you will be responsible for managing Key Accounts in the Pet Trade Sector, along with leading a small team of Sales Representatives. This is a field based role. Responsibilities include: Manage, develop and build relationships with Key Pet Trade and Wholesale accounts. Responsible for P&L and Joint Business Plans. Achieve sales targets and continue to develop business within the Pet Trade sector. Lead, manage and motivate a team of 2 Pet Trade Field Sales Representatives and 1 Internal Sales Representative. Provide training, and support the development of your direct reports. Involved with recruitment and appraisals. Travel Nationwide. Regular presence at Head Office in Blackburn. Keep up to date with pet industry news and competitor activity.

Role Requirements Experience of managing Key Accounts within the Pet Trade sector or FMCG Food & Drink sector. Self motivated, positive and ambitious. Organised. Willing to learn. Adaptable. Line management experience is desirable.
